Description

DRHYVE is a portable hydrogen refuelling station developed and manufactured by PRF in Portugal.

Its main objective is to demonstrate complete hydrogen refuelling solutions for mobility in real-world environments, including compression, storage and dispensing (H35/H70), supporting different types of light and heavy-duty vehicles.

The system enables testing and validation of hydrogen technologies under real operational conditions, contributing to the acceleration of sustainable mobility and the decarbonisation of the transport sector. It is a modular, flexible and transportable solution used across various national and international pilot projects.

DRHYVE addresses challenges such as:

  • Development of hydrogen infrastructure for mobility

The demonstrator integrates PRF’s expertise as a company specialised in fuel gas and hydrogen infrastructure, with experience in refuelling stations and innovative energy solutions. DRHYVE has already been used in several demonstration and technology validation projects in Portugal and abroad, including applications in light mobility, heavy-duty transport and motorsport.

The solution significantly reduces barriers to hydrogen refuelling infrastructure deployment by eliminating the need for permanent civil works and enabling rapid relocation.
